Rates
If you have insurance, your cost is typically no more than your co-pay, approximately $15-$25 and we will file your claims for you. Otherwise, the rate is $110 per 45-50 minute session; however, payment options are available whereby the session rate may be reduced to as little as $80. These rates do not apply to business consultations.
Business consultation reflect additional skills, knowledge, and experience. The hourly rate is $250, however, discounts are available for half-day and full-day consultations; the half-day rate is $900 ($225 per hour) and the full-day rate is $1600 ($200 per hour). Travel expense is computed at $125 per hour of travel time.
These rates apply to any situation requiring time out of the office (e.g. in-home consults, site visits, court testimony, depositions, etc.) for Doctoral level personnel. The fee for Master level personnel is $150 per hour with travel time at $75.00 per hour. Please speak with your clinician or Dr. Rich for further information.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- What is my copay?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- Is prior Authorization required?
Rich Resources, LLC is an approved provider facility for many HMOs, PPOs, Administrators, and other healthcare organizations; these include (but are not limited to) Benefit Management Services, Cigna, Blue Cross-Blue Shield, Magellan, United Healthcare, Aetna, FARA, Gilsbar, Ochsner Health, Humana, Choice Behavioral, Tricare, United Behavioral, Value Options, Compsych, PHCS, APS, Coventry, and American LifeCare as well as numerous Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs).
Payment
Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Venmo and PayPal.
If you do not show for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be responsible for the full cost of the appointment.
